do not know what happened but cannot eat or sleep because everything tastes weird and can hear everything that is happening in my body and it is g r o s s

cannot see right either everything is too sharp or blurred like bad telephoto lens on camera

I did a lot of martial arts and meditation as a kid. and therapy.
